1. The main components are manufactured by advanced CNC machining centers

8. Both positive and negative pressure have high or low pressure alarm, oil heating secondary safety, and high safety factor

9. This machine is mainly powered by oil pressure and compressed air

10. Hydraulic system: Imported hydraulic motor, hydraulic integrated system, hydraulic cylinder diameter increased, hydraulic pressure reaches 12 megapascals to seal the normal working pressure inside the workbench

11. The control system adopts computer remote control, human-machine operation page, high degree of automation, and multiple working modes to adapt to the processing of different workpieces

12. Vacuum pump uses 140 pumps (fast pressure rise)

13. When laminating, heating up and down increases the activation temperature of the adhesive, improves the edge quality of the workpiece, and slows down the cooling temperature of the silicone sheet

14. By using high-temperature heat transfer oil for internal heating and circulation, the temperature uniformity is greatly improved, the thermal efficiency is high, the service life of the heating tube is extended by 5-10 years, and the surface quality of the workpiece coating is further improved

15. Use 100 # vacuum pump oil, L-QB 300-II heat transfer oil, and L-HM 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil
