2. When laminating, high conductivity aluminum bars are used to evenly heat and increase the activation temperature of the adhesive and the softening degree of PVC, resulting in better adsorption effect and improved edge quality of the workpiece.

3. Guide rail: Cylindrical linear guide rail reduces noise and makes walking smoother and more stable.

4. Walking: The worktable tracking walking greatly improves the drawbacks of rack walking, such as no abnormal noise during walking and no misalignment between the workpiece and the pad.

5. Vacuum pump: Use Shanghai Xikeshi XD140 single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump (vacuum pump can be optionally equipped with 100 pumps/140 pumps/200 pumps) for better adsorption, low noise, and long service life.

6. Electrical appliances: The whole machine uses well-known brand electrical appliances and adopts digital display instruments, which display more accurately and have more stable performance (reducing the failure rate).

7. Controller: It uses a ten inch touch screen for intelligent one click start, optimizes the operation interface, and has a high-definition screen (which can adjust the heating speed according to temperature changes to achieve precise temperature control, and has an automatic fault alarm function).

8. Equipped with a lever type automatic buckle (which has the advantages of saving time, manpower, material resources, etc.).

9. The suction pipe adopts a direct suction pipe to reduce the circuit and increase the adsorption force, making the adsorption effect better and the corners more in place.

10. Window: The ultra long window has a good field of view, is beautiful and elegant, and can observe the adsorption effect inside the workbench and record time.

11. Insulation layer: The body is specially equipped with a nano molecule protective layer, which has high density, longer insulation time, better effect, energy saving and insulation, and reduces heat dispersion.

12. Heating system, using heating tube heating system, aluminum row heat conduction, with auxiliary heating on both sides and corner heating, forming a host surrounding heating system. This heating system avoids uneven corner heating and thickens the insulation layer of the host, which not only saves electricity but also is safe and environmentally friendly (this device can save about 20% -40% energy)

13. Electromagnetic valve: Use Zhejiang all copper electromagnetic valve.

14. Air filter: Use the original air filter of the vacuum pump.

15. Gas tank: Increase the size and storage capacity.

16. The whole machine is synthesized by CNC cutting and stamping, reinforcing the body, and has the advantages of high precision and strong stability of the whole machine.

Function: Parameters such as adsorption frequency and adsorption interval time can be adjusted according to specific operation and use (parameters can be adjusted according to the unevenness of different boards and different thicknesses of PVC to achieve better results, and manual and automatic modes can also be switched according to one's own operating habits).

18. The whole machine is coated with high-temperature paint, which is environmentally friendly, odorless, and has strong adhesion. It will not peel off after long-term use.

19. Equipped with high flexibility cables, PU air pipes, and chrome plated high-temperature wires.

20. Mute the motor entering and exiting the platform.
